BEarena Mail / DNS Solutions

BEarena Web Solutions

You want to run DNS and mail services? Or are you looking for an offsite spam & email virus filtering solution? Then our Email Security Packages are the right choice for you. They can give you additional protection, replace complicated and often not very effective or efficient locally installed virus & spam filtering software or simply store your emails when your link is down.

We offer:

    • High-performance Ubuntu 10.04 LTS Linux-based servers.
    • ISPConfig Control Panel
    • All our servers are secured by firewalls with intrusion protection.
    • Control panel access for management, DNS is self-manageable in all packages. All packages have built-in basic web-based statistics and daily off-site backup of all contents.
    • We operate a geographically dispersed backup MX of your primary MX. This way emails will never be lost!
    • Your DNS records are listed on three geographically separated servers: two in Australia, one in Europe. And unlike others, we let you configure SPF and DKIM records!
    • Running Exchange in the office? Then you will have two backup MX servers for the price of one. Also add a so-called "Subject Alternative Name" (SAN) SSL certificate and you are ready to go! Ask us for a competitve quote and we can even assist you getting everything right the first time.
    • All Australian and New Zealand domains and various top-level domains are available - just looking for a domain name? Then check out BEarena DomainsDirect.

bearena_domainsdirect_300x105BEarena DomainsDirect is our self-service and self-management domain names offering. Our DomainsDirect DNS service is based on two servers without our mailservice. It's good, it's basic - and that's why we sell it directly to you for a great price. And unlike other providers, we let you define all types of records: A, CNAME, MX, TXT and you can even set URL and email forwarders. Check it out!

      Fair Usage Policy

Traffic, CPU and memory usage is unlimited for “normal use” web site traffic and storage space. Under “normal use” we understand company or personal websites with mainly informational, marketing, blog-style and eCommerce content. For high-traffic download sites, transaction-rich portals, video- and audio-streaming, file-sharing or any other type of high-bandwidth or storage space usage, please contact us for a customised quote for a dedicated managed server. This policy aims to ensure fair distribution of resources to all users of our servers and networks. Should your usage exceed “normal” levels, we will contact you and discuss solutions – we will not just disable accounts like others do.

      Payment Policy

Yearly plans can be paid by credit card or invoice for approved customers. Upfront payment of 12-month contracts is required and is non-refundable if you terminate a BEarena service before the end of the term. Yearly contracts extend automatically for another year if not cancelled one month before extension is due.

      System Center 2012 SP1 Update Series - Part 4

In the last part of the series we are going to focus on Configuration Manager 2012. The guys in the Configuration Manager side of the house have been busy working on addition features for Service Pack 1. When Configuration Manager 2012 was originally released back in April 2012 there were rumblings of the new Windows 8 platform but support was not originally available. Since then the up-take of Windows 8 has increased and BYOD has become the latest must have feature of any IT department. Allowing Configuration Manager to support the changes in Intune licensing is going to assist greatly in the BYOD sphere.
